Slacker Blogger

I have been called out . . . again!!? John Hill has called me a slacker blogger.? Just because he blogs about his recent trip with Aaron, his son, to seven MLB games in seven different ballparks in six different cities in seven days. . . blah, blah, blah.? Just kidding John!!? I can’t wait until the boys are old enough to do something like that with them!

Actually, John hasn’t called me out, but a mutual friend recently commented that he hadn’t posted in quite some time, but not in the category of “David Stone.”? Nice–so I am now in a category of blogging mediocrity all my own!!

Actually, we took a week of vacation camping for the first time in our motorhome that we have been working on.? I have actually taken a break for a couple of weeks from reading blogs and writing on my own.? It has actually been pretty refreshing!? I will write more about that later about our trip . . . with pictures and many stories including a leaking RV and record amounts of June/July rain!? We have also had a crazy few weeks around here and the holiday in the middle of our “recovery week.”? I am wanting to post about several things that are on my heart, but are quite personal and could be quite controversial, yet might be very beneficial for those three and a half people that look at this thing.? I have been working them out in my mind how to write about them to be the best good for everyone, rather than just journal about them and they only benefit me.

I will break the silence . . . I promise.? In the meantime, check out some of my friends in the blogroll on the side, read a good book and put it on your blog, or check out some cool friends’ pictures of a more important subject. . . people.
